Workshop Details
- Who: All girls and female-identifying youth in 3rd – 5th grade and a parent or other adult caregiver
- Where: OMSI (1945 SE Water Ave, Portland, OR 97214)
- Cost: $5 – $45 per girl-grown up pair ($25 for additional girls in the same household – Use Promo Code OMSISIBLING)
We believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to inspiration, which is why we offer a sliding scale registration fee. Use one of the following coupon codes during check out if you need one of our reduced registration fees.

Innovation Day Agenda
- 9:30 AM: Registration and Ice Breaker Activities
- 11:00 AM: Introduction: What does it mean to STEM Like a Girl?
- 11:15 AM: Design Challenge – Keeping Cool in the Sun
- 12:00 PM: Lunch Break and Mentor Panel
- 1:00 PM: Closing Remarks and time to explore OMSI
Workshop Registration Fee Includes:
- Over 10 hands-on STEM Like a Girl activities
- Admission to OMSI for youth and adult
- Youth t-shirt
- Lunch catered by OMSI’s Epicurian Group including choice of sandwich, bag of chips, and a chocolate chip cookie
